TAFE’s tractors are distributed through the largest distribution network in Indian tractor industry comprising of over 800 full service dealers, supplemented by over 2000 sales outlets apart from company’s own fully trained sales staffs of over 450 people, close to 3000 dealer sales staff, comb the market for tractor prospects. The tractor group has a continually expanding reach through the setting of a large number of sales outlets and the group aims at reaching a state when any customer in India should be able to reach a sale point within 50 kilometers of his farm.
The sales effort is supported by strategically located area offices for every major market which helps co-ordinate all sales efforts.
The sales team also facilitates financing of tractors purchases through networking with banks and other financial institutions.
To ensure product availability at major markets, dealers are serviced through a nation wide network of all sales depots.

TAFE, first tractor company to be recognized for strong commitment to excel at CII -EXIM Bank Award for Excellence. The commendation to Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE), for “Strong commitment to excel on the journey towards excellence”, was announced at the 15th Quality Summit conducted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) held at the NIMHANS auditorium in Bangalore recently. The commendation is based on an independent assessment of the organization on the basis of specified criteria which include Leadership, Policy & Strategies, Partnership & resources, Processes, Key results, People Results, Customer results and Society results. |
