Mallika Srinivasan, a thought leader, strategist, and philanthropist, is deeply committed to driving progress in agriculture, industry, education, and healthcare in India. A true visionary, she is recognized for entrepreneurship, commitment to excellence and contribution to Indian agriculture machinery business and academia.

Currently, she is the Chairman & Managing Director of TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, one of the largest tractor manufacturer in the world. Additionally, she holds the esteemed position of Chairperson of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB), Government of India. She had served on the Global Board of the U.S.- India Business Council (USIBC) and hasled the B20 – India Task Force on “Inclusive GVCs for Resilient Global Trade and Investment” held in August 2023.
